SJCS Special Announcements

Once again we are busy planning our enrollment campaign and Open House that is scheduled for Sunday, January 31^st.  It takes many workers to pull all this together.  We will need help with the following:

• addressing Christmas Cards
• addressing Open House invitations
• preparing signs for the Open House
• annual cleaning party
• Preschool brochure drop off
• Open House preparation
• Open House workers 

Please let me know if you are interested in helping out this year.  There are many jobs to choose from to assist us some can even be done from home.  Just drop an email to me or Mr. Hicks at bhicks@sjcshamilton.org to let us know how you can help.

Children's Festival Reminder

Just a quick reminder to mark your calendars......Our Children's Festival is scheduled for Tuesday,  November 24th. If you have signed up to work please arrive at school at 11:15 on that day . If you want to work but haven't turned in your volunteer form please do so as soon as possible as we are finalizing all our plans and need to make sure we have enough helpers!!  Thank you as always for all your help in making this such a fun event for the kids.
