5.       1 pack wide ruled loose leaf paper

6.       2 packs post-it notes

7.       200 3x5 index cards any color

8.       1 colorful 2 pocket folder

9.       1 ream copy paper

10.   1 box gallon size Ziploc baggies (girls only)

11.   1 box sandwich size Ziploc baggies (boys only)

12.   2 rolls paper towels

13.   1 large boxes of tissues

14.   $15 supply fee

15.   $20 classroom fee (includes $5 for writing folders and $5 for planner)
